Manager Service & Onderhoud Bij Klein Poelhuis Technisch Beheer zoeken wij een ervaren Manager Service & Onderhoud die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de verdere ontwikkeling van onze service- en onderhoudsorganisatie. Jij weet als geen ander wat er nodig is om service en onderhoud technisch én organisatorisch goed te organiseren. Tegelijkertijd kijk je vooruit: je ziet commerciële kansen, bouwt relaties uit en weet nieuwe projecten en onderhoudscontracten succesvol binnen te halen. Dit is een nieuwe rol binnen onze organisatie. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen verantwoordelijk wordt voor de dagelijkse operatie, maar ook ruimte krijgt om mee te bouwen aan de koers, structuur en groei van onze service- en onderhoudstak. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Service & Onderhoud ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing én verdere professionalisering van onze service- en onderhoudsactiviteiten. Je zorgt dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare dienstverlening, dat werkzaamheden efficiënt worden georganiseerd en dat onze technische mensen optimaal worden ingezet. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie en hebt tegelijkertijd oog voor de markt. Je onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande opdrachtgevers, begrijpt hun technische vraagstukken en weet deze te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen. Vanuit die relatie herken je commerciële kansen en zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe service-, onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten worden opgepakt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van de service- en onderhoudsorganisatie; - Coördineren en bewaken van service-, onderhouds- en beheerwerkzaamheden; - Leidinggeven aan en coachen van medewerkers binnen de service- en onderhoudsteams; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, rendement en klanttevredenheid; - Onderhouden en ui...
