In deze functie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze internationale serviceorganisatie, waarbij wij service verlenen aan onze security installaties bij diverse Internationale luchthavens. Jij stuurt een team van lokale Service Managers aan en zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening vlekkeloos verloopt - van performance en klanttevredenheid tot budgetten en KPI's. Je combineert leiderschap met een scherpe analytische blik en weet altijd de juiste balans te vinden tussen klantwaarde en efficiëntie. Dankzij jouw coachende stijl til je teams neen hoger niveau en zorg je dat iedereen dezelfde kant op beweegt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Leidinggeven & coachen van lokale Service Managers en hun teams; - Sturen op KPI's rondom servicekwaliteit, responstijden, klanttevredenheid en kostenbeheersing; - Optimaliseren van processen & systemen, inclusief de inzet van service management software; - Financieel inzicht bieden door het opstellen, analyseren en monitoren van budgetten; - Schakelen met stakeholders zoals Sales, Finance en Operations, én rapporteren richting klanten; - Verbeterinitiatieven leiden die zorgen voor meer efficiëntie en nog meer waarde voor de klant.
