Bij Asito staan onze mensen centraal. Om hen en onze uitzendkrachten de beste ondersteuning te bieden, lanceren wij het Servicecentrum Medewerker. Een cruciaal knooppunt waar een groot deel van de administratieve taken voor onze medewerkers wordt uitgevoerd en waar onze collega's terecht kunnen voor hun HR vragen. Het Servicecentrum Medewerker werkt vanuit 4 standplaatsen: Almelo, Zwolle, Utrecht en Eindhoven . Als manager ben je daarom regelmatig op deze locaties aanwezig. Je vindt het belangrijk om zichtbaar te zijn voor de verschillende teams, verbinding te houden en goed te weten wat er op de locaties speelt. Je richt je op medewerkers van het hoofdkantoor, de operatie, schoonmakers en uitzendkrachten. Wij zoeken een daadkrachtige Manager Servicecentrum Medewerker, die dit centrum vormgeeft en leidt. In deze rol ben je de regisseur van de interne keten. Je geeft (indirect) leiding aan circa 35 medewerkers. Deze 35 medewerkers ondersteunen het hele proces van indiensttreding, urenverwerking en loongerelateerde vragen tot uitdiensttreding van een medewerker. Het doel? Een vlekkeloze administratieve reis voor elke medewerker en uitzendkracht. Je zorgt dat vragen direct en integraal worden opgelost binnen het Servicecentrum. Je signaleert trends in de vragenstroom en zet deze om naar structurele verbeteringen in de systemen en werkwijzen, in nauwe samenwerking met o.a. HR, IT en Finance. Wat ga je doen - Inrichting & Regie: Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert de processen binnen het Servicecentrum in nauwe aansluiting op de operatie. - Operationele Excellentie: Je zorgt voor een efficiënte afhandeling van transactionele HR taken en daaraan gerelateerde vragen vanuit de organisatie waarbij kwaliteit de standaard is. - Procesmanagement: Je vertaalt vernieuwingen in wet-...
