Nederlands (NL) Manager Services - Zuid-Holland - Schiedam Organisatie Bij RH Marine Naval realiseren wij de systeemintegratie van elektrische- en automatiseringssystemen aan boord van marineschepen en onderzeeboten. Een complex en fascinerend werkgebied vol innovaties. Ieder schip is uniek en na de nieuwbouw blijven wij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en upgrades. Wij blijven betrokken bij een schip over de hele levensduur; 'from cradle to grave'. Voor de afdeling Service zoeken we een Manager Service die verantwoordelijk wordt voor aansturing van de totale afdeling. Het betreft een fulltime functie met als standplaats Schiedam. Functie Als Manager Services bouw en professionaliseer je een betrouwbare, efficiënte en oplossingsgerichte serviceorganisatie binnen de business unit Naval. Je geeft leiding aan circa 25 professionals binnen afdelingen Service Delivery, Projects en training, Spare Parts verdeeld over meerdere locaties nationaal en internationaal binnen het marktsegment Navy (Fregatten en Onderzeeërs). Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en operationele resultaten (omzet >€10 Mio.)) en de strategische ontwikkeling van de Serviceafdeling. Je bent operationeel, financieel en commercieel verantwoordelijk en stuurt aan op de orderintake, offertes en commerciële kansen en zorgt voor een goede forecast van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. Daarnaast zorg je voor een efficiënte planning en uitvoering van serviceprojecten, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten, logistiek, risico's en voortgang centraal staan. Je borgt betrouwbare stuurinformatie, projectadministratie en naleving van QHSE-richtlijnen en wet- en regelgeving. Je rapporteert over resultaten en voortgang aan de Business Unit General Manager Naval en onderhoudt nauw contact met opdrachtgevers.
