Als Purchasing & Sourcing Manager stuur je de volledige inkoop- en sourcingstrategie voor de toegewezen vestigingen aan. Je combineert het coachen van je team met het uitbouwen van leveranciersrelaties, contractonderhandelingen en het stroomlijnen van aankoopprocessen binnen SAP. In deze functie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de operationele en strategische inkoop binnen drie internationale productielocaties, waarbij je een tienkoppig aankoopteam aanstuurt.

  • Je leidt, ondersteunt en verbindt een team van een tiental buyers in een cultuur van open communicatie, vertrouwen en professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je onderhandelt duurzame contracten met sleutelleveranciers, evalueert vendor-prestaties en bouwt robuuste netwerken op om toeleveringsrisico's te vermijden.
  • Je reist wekelijks naar de vestigingen in Wallonië en grensregio Frankrijk om de inkoopactiviteiten naadloos af te stemmen op de productiebehoeften.
  • Je identificeert besparingspotentieel, analyseert markttrends en leidt projecten rond procesverbetering in nauwe samenwerking met Operations en Supply Chain.
  • Je optimaliseert aankoopprocessen en databeheer binnen SAP zodat beslissingen op accurate cijfers en feiten stoelen.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (bijv. Supply Chain, Handelswetenschappen of Ingenieur) en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende inkooprol binnen een industriële of technische productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een benaderbare bruggenbouwer die graag dicht bij de werkvloer staat en mensen in hun kracht zet.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels en het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede werkkennis van het Frans (noodzakelijk voor de opvolging van de Franstalige sites).
  • Bereidheid tot regelmatige verplaatsingen tussen de vestigingen (1x per week per locatie); grondige ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP) en contractbeheer.
