Je werkt aan schaalbaarheid van de supply chain en een datagedreven werkwijze binnen je team. Je stuurt je team aan, bent de eindverantwoordelijke counterpart voor DC Planning en werkt nauw samen met de keten om beschikbaarheid en kosten te optimaliseren. Dé rol voor wie voorraadsturing, samenwerking en leiderschap wil combineren in een dynamische retailomgeving. dit ga je doen Jij waarborgt de voorraad en beschikbaarheid binnen winkels, DC en e-commerce, door voorraadparameters, servicelevels en replenishmentinstellingen te bewaken en in te grijpen bij structurele afwijkingen. Je stemt doorlooptijden en logistieke capaciteit af met Winkels, Logistiek, inbound transport team en onze leveranciers om betrouwbare levering te realiseren en ketenkosten te verlagen. Je stemt planning en prioriteiten af met Commercie, Logistiek en Winkels om commerciële initiatieven effectief uit te voeren, en neemt actief deel aan het wekelijkse S&OE- en periodieke S&OP-overleg. Als leidinggevende positioneer en stuur je de Team Leads Stockplanning aan, met duidelijke rolafbakening en consistente toepassing van richtlijnen en parameters; je coacht, ontwikkelt en beoordeelt hen zodat het team individueel en collectief presteert. Daarnaast stel je de roadmap aan verbeterprojecten voor Stockplanning op en beheer je die, met focus op standaardisatie, automatisering en procesefficiëntie, en vertaal je terugkerende verstoringen naar structurele verbeteringen in werkwijze of parameterinstellingen. dit bieden wij Bij HEMA werk je in een omgeving waar mensen écht samenwerken.
