WAS DICH ERWARTET

Proaktive Steuerung: Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Servicevereinbarungen, analysierst Abweichungen direkt im operativen Geschäft und steuerst Logistikdienstleister aktiv, um Qualität und Kosten kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Prozessoptimierung: Du erstellst fundierte Reportings zur operativen Steuerung und zur Aufdeckung zusätzlicher Potentiale, um gemeinsam mit den Logistikdienstleistern Prozesse zu optimieren.

Standort-Vergleich & Optimierung: Du machst die Leistung der einzelnen Verteilzentren vergleichbar, spürst operative Ineffizienzen auf und begleitest die Standorte aktiv bei der Umsetzung konkreter Verbesserungen.

Schnittstellen-Zusammenarbeit: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen der operativen Logistikpraxis, externen Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern, um Transparenz zu schaffen und anstehende Herausforderungen gemeinsam zu lösen.

Projektbetreuung & Weiterentwicklung: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Projekte zur zukunftsorientierten Weiterentwicklung der gesamten P&C Supply Chain - sowohl für den stationären Handel als auch für den Bereich eCom.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Bildungsweg: Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistiksteuerung oder E-Commerce-Logistik mit.

Deine Stärken: Du begeisterst Dich für komplexe logistische Abläufe, besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch.

Dein Profil: Du bist ein absoluter Profi im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und übernimmst als verlässlicher Teamplayer gerne Verantwortung an der Schnittstelle zu unseren Verteilzentren und Partnern.
