Als Manager System & Software geef je leiding aan het team System & Software Engineering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten en verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling en zorgt dat mensen, kennis en capaciteit aansluiten op de ambities van Terberg. Met een brede en kritische blik bouw je voort op wat goed gaat en creëer je duidelijkheid over prioriteiten, verwachtingen en verantwoordelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met een scherp oog voor resultaat. Je vertaalt de bedrijfs- en engineeringstrategie naar heldere afdelingsdoelen en zorgt voor een goede balans tussen lopende projecten, beschikbare capaciteit en nieuwe vragen uit de organisatie. Daarbij stuur je op kwaliteit, haalbaarheid, budget, flexibiliteit en een voorspelbare levering. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor het management, projectteams en andere disciplines. Je maakt keuzes transparant, brengt belangen bij elkaar en stimuleert samenwerking in de volledige ontwikkelketen. Veranderingen geef je zorgvuldig vorm: je betrekt medewerkers en stakeholders, maakt besluiten uitlegbaar en benut de kennis en ervaring die al binnen het team aanwezig zijn.
