The posting

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van technische projecten en het in optimale conditie houden van de productie-installaties en facilities op elektrisch/elektronisch vlak.
  • Je rapporteert aan de manager technical services. Je stuurt het projectmanagement team aan evenals het team verantwoordelijk voor electrisch en instrumentatie onderhoud.
  • Je bent eigenaar van een aantal softwaresystemen.
  • Electrisch onderhoud machines, utilities, gebouwen.
  • Beheer van de onderhoudskosten (bezetting, electrische reserveonderdelen en gereedschappen)
  • Technische verbeterprojecten sturen (initiëren, budgetteren, plannen, implementeren, nacalculeren, optimaliseren en onderhouden) op vlak van automatisatie, kostenreductie, output verhoging, energiebesparing, efficiëntie verhoging en introductie nieuwe technologie.
  • ATEX en machineveiligheid.
  • Verwerven en behouden van technologische kennis binnen de afdeling alsook up-to-date houden van technische documentatie, procedures en instructies.
  • Verbeteren van het machinepark en gereedschappen in functie van veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en flexibiliteit.
  • Je hebt een diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur elektronica of elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een technische onderhouds en of engineering omgeving, bij voorkeur in de chemische sector.
  • Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in het sturen van complexere projecten.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van en affiniteit voor elektrisch onderhoud en automatisatie.
  • Je hebt sterke leiderschaps- en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van electronica, regeltechiek , SCADA, PLC en veiligheidsnormen/wetgeving.
  • Je hebt voldoende ervaring met budgettering, ‘preventive’, ‘predictive’ en ‘curative maintenance’.
