De organisatie ondersteunt ondernemers, familiebedrijven, middelgrote ondernemingen en internationale organisaties op het gebied van accountancy, audit, tax en advisory. Binnen de fiscale praktijk werk je samen met ervaren fiscalisten en specialisten in een omgeving waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw rol vorm te geven en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de praktijk en de mensen om je heen. Over de functie Als Manager Tax Compliance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, voortgang en efficiëntie van het fiscale aangifteproces. Je fungeert als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's en klanten en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van de fiscale compliancepraktijk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Reviewen van aangiften vennootschapsbelasting en inkomstenbelasting; - Bewaken van de fiscale kwaliteit en naleving van wet- en regelgeving; - Zorgdragen voor een tijdige en correcte indiening van aangiften; - Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt bij complexe fiscale vraagstukken; - Coachen, begeleiden en opleiden van minder ervaren collega's; - Samenwerken met het hoofd Compliance om processen verder te optimaliseren; - Adviseren van klanten over bredere fiscale vraagstukken...
