Als Manager Technical & Facility Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze technische en facilitaire dienstverlening in onze 64 casino's, zodat onze gasten altijd kunnen rekenen op een 9+ gastenbeveling. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Technical & Facility Services krijg je een veelzijdige en uitdagende functie in een dynamische omgeving. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor alle technische en facilitaire processen die hierbij komen kijken. Je geeft leiding aan 45 FTE en verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van onze 8000 speelautomaten. Samen met je team speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaal laten functioneren van al onze speelautomaten en het facilitaire onderhoud binnen JVH. Tevens maak je ook onderdeel uit van het Management Team. Verder bestaan jouw taken uit o.a.: - Het initiëren van en deelnemen aan verschillende projecten; - Stakeholder communicatie, je zorgt voor heldere communicatie met alle betrokken partijen; - Het opstellen en bewaken van het MJOP; - Zorgdragen voor de uitvoering van de EED wetgeving; - Budgetverantwoordelijk; Dit ben jij Jij bent een echte mensenmens die verbinding weet te creëren en medewerkers in hun kracht zet. De mensen binnen deze afdeling staan voor jou écht centraal. Tegelijkertijd ben je een daadkrachtige leidinggevende die richting geeft, beslissingen durft te nemen en zijn of haar team weet te inspireren en mee te nemen in verandering. Met jouw sterke persoonlijkheid en verbindende aanpak ben je een natuurlijke bruggenbouwer.
