Als manager techniek zorg jij dat al die onderdelen samenkomen. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan het draaiend houden van de dagelijkse operatie. Jij bepaalt mede hoe zij zich de komende jaren ontwikkelen.

Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met strategisch inzicht. Je geeft leiding aan betrokken teams, initieert verbeteringen en investeringen en denkt als onderdeel van het managementteam mee over de koers van ons park. Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid, vrijheid en zichtbare impact. Een plek waar jouw ideeën daadwerkelijk iets veranderen. Om dat niveau vast te houden én verder uit te bouwen, blijven we investeren in onze mensen, faciliteiten en toekomst. Daarom zoeken we een Facilitair Manager op HBO niveau die verder kijkt dan het onderhoud van vandaag.

Hoe kunnen we slimmer werken? Waar moeten we de komende jaren in investeren? Hoe maken we onze faciliteiten duurzamer? Hoe zorgen we dat techniek en organisatie klaar zijn voor de toekomst? En hoe zorgen we er tegelijkertijd voor dat onze gasten én medewerkers iedere dag het beste ervaren?

Jouw rol: van dagelijkse operatie maar vooral de lange termijn. Jij krijg de ruimte om verbeteringen aan te dragen. Daaronder vallen onder andere:

- Eindverantwoordelijk voor de technische dienst maar ook de gebouwen, accommodaties, infrastructuur en installaties - Verantwoordelijk voor de MJOP (meerjarig onderhoudsplanning) en planmatig onderhoud; - renovaties, verbouwingen en nieuwe technische projecten vallen onder jouw supervisie; - Contacten met aannemers, installateurs omtrent offertes en technische contracten; - Investeringsvoorstellen en budgetbewaking; - Ve
