Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de treinen kwalitatief goed en veilig kunnen blijven rijden. - (Lijn)management Techniek Jij zorgt voor de mobiliteit van Nederland Een baan met afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid Daarom wil je als Manager Techniek Flexpool O&S bij NS werken - Omdat je als Manager Techniek Flexpool O&S werkt op alle standplaatsen door het hele land binnen de verschillende afdelingen van Onderhoud & Service: onderhoudsbedrijven, servicebedrijven, Nieuw Materieel, MBN en Supply Chain Operations. - Omdat je garant staat voor een goede service en dienstverlening aan onze reizigers door in een technische omgeving goede operationele resultaten te boeken. - Omdat jij weet hoe je medewerkers intrinsiek te motiveert door middel van situationeel leidinggeven. Dit ga je doen als Manager Techniek Flexpool O&S Als Manager Techniek in de flexpool kun je op verschillende standplaatsen worden ingezet om de formatie van eerstelijns managers maximaal op peil te houden. Dit gebeurt wanneer er sprake is van onderbezetting door bijvoorbeeld langdurig verzuim en/of openstaande vacatures. Altijd in de rol van eerstelijns leidinggevende (Manager Techniek), maar wel voor de verschillende afdelingen binnen O&S zoals: onderhoudsbedrijven, servicebedrijven, MBN en Supply Chain Operations. Gedurende een periode van ongeveer drie tot vier maanden bied jij op een locatie een helpende hand en weet je met jouw kennis en ervaring het team op orde te houden en/of te brengen. Tijdens deze periode word je functioneel aangestuurd door de desbetreffende Productiemanager van de afdeling. Je doet er alles aan om je medewerkers mee te nemen in jouw enthousiasme.
