Kan jij de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor optimale groei, plantkwaliteit en plantgezondheid van diverse gewassen binnen jouw teeltgebied? Beschik je over hands-on ervaring op het gebied van teelt en heb ook je een strategische visie om de portefeuille teelt binnen het MT te vertegenwoordigen? Reageer dan als Manager Teelt (lid MT) Dan bieden wij je de ruimte om richting te geven aan de toekomst van de teelt binnen Green'05. Jouw functie Optimaliseren van de teeltomstandigheden en daardoor maximaliseren van leverbetrouwbaarheid en plantkwaliteit. - Verantwoordelijk voor alle teeltaspecten van uitgangsmateriaal tot eindproduct en daardoor optimale groei realiseren. - Verantwoordelijk om samen met het teeltteam de dagelijkse teeltwerkzaamheden uit te voeren; klimaat, EC, water, voeding, gewasbescherming, storingen etc. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het teeltproces, bijhouden van groeimetingen, teeltdata en verbruiksgegevens. - Signaleren van afwijkingen op de groeiplanning en tijdig nemen van corrigerende maatregelen. - Optimaliseren van het teeltplan per gewas om de leverbetrouwbaarheid te perfectioneren - Sparringpartner zijn voor collega's van zowel de teeltafdeling als van verkoop en operations. - Afstemmen met Operationeel Manager over de dagelijkse (arbeids)planning. - Je rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur.
