Voor een internationale productieonderneming in de regio Lichtervelde ben ik op zoek naar een Manager Tender & Projectontwikkeling die technische klantvragen vertaalt naar haalbare oplossingen en het volledige traject van aanbestedingen en projecten coördineert. In deze functie combineer je technisch inzicht met een commerciële en projectmatige aanpak. Je brengt verschillende afdelingen samen, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier inhoudelijk sterk, technisch onderbouwd en tijdig wordt opgeleverd. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan nieuwe projecten en productoplossingen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je analyseert nieuwe aanbestedingen en projectaanvragen en vertaalt de vereisten naar een duidelijke planning met concrete actiepunten.
  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële team met technische informatie en denkt actief mee over oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je neemt de coördinatie van projecten en aanbestedingsdossiers op en bewaakt de voortgang, prioriteiten en deadlines.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen onder meer sales, productontwikkeling, engineering, kwaliteit, aankoop, productie en externe partners.
  • Je verzamelt en coördineert alle benodigde informatie, zodat offertes, technische documentatie, prijscalculaties en stalen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je onderzoekt welke materialen en grondstoffen het meest geschikt zijn, rekening houdend met technische specificaties, kwaliteitsnormen, beschikbaarheid en levertermijnen.
  • Je werkt samen met productontwikkeling aan oplossingen die zowel technisch als commercieel interessant en operationeel haalbaar zijn.
  • Je organiseert de nodige testen en stemt hiervoor af met interne kwaliteitsdiensten en externe testpartners.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en ondersteunt het commerciële team waar nodig bij technische besprekingen met klanten.
  • Je volgt projecten op van de eerste analyse tot de uiteindelijke overdracht naar de operationele teams.
  • Je brengt mogelijke verbeteringen in kaart en zoekt voortdurend naar efficiëntere manieren om projecten en aanbestedingen aan te pakken.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke voor business development en projectontwikkeling.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt mee vanuit de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je bent sterk in projectmanagement en weet verschillende dossiers, deadlines en betrokken partijen efficiënt te coördineren.
