Dan hebben we bij Dasko een mooie uitdaging voor je. De functie Als Manager Transport & Planning sta je midden in de dagelijkse operatie. Je weet wat er speelt, schakelt gemakkelijk met planners, chauffeurs en collega's en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat het transport iedere dag goed draait. Hands-on waar het nodig is, met oog voor het grotere geheel. Wat ga je doen? We zoeken een Manager Transport & Planning die de dagelijkse operatie goed kent of zich deze snel eigen wil maken. Iemand die zichtbaar is op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en samen met het team zorgt dat het transport iedere dag goed draait. Je stuurt onder meer op OTIF, transportkosten, leegkilometers, beladingsgraad, P&L, klanttevredenheid, veiligheid en teamprestaties. Daarbij zoeken we nadrukkelijk geen manager die alleen op afstand stuurt. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden, schakelt met planners en chauffeurs en weet wat er in de dagelijkse operatie speelt. Je stuurt op KPI's en resultaten, maar begrijpt ook het verhaal achter de cijfers. Als het nodig is, denk je praktisch mee en help je het team om knelpunten op te lossen. Heb je al ervaring als manager? Mooi. Ben je bijvoorbeeld een ervaren transportcoördinator, teamleider of senior planner en klaar voor de volgende stap? Ook dan komen we graag met je in gesprek. Daarnaast: - Coach en ontwikkel je het transportteam; - Analyseer je prestaties en vertaal je deze naar gerichte verbeteracties; - Optimaliseer je samen met het team routes, capaciteit en planning; - Stuur je bij bij verstoringen, klantvragen en operationele escalaties; - Initieer je verbeteringen in efficiency, digitalisering en kostenbeheersing; - Bewaak je kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van wet- en regelgeving.
