Je geeft leiding aan team Vastgoedkennis en Advies, bestaande uit tien medewerkers. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor vastgoeddata, vastgoedadministratie, applicatiebeheer, rapportages en procesverbetering. Je bouwt deze nieuwe afdeling uit tot een belangrijke pijler binnen de directie Vastgoed en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering binnen Vivare. Je organiseert en borgt kennis, expertise, informatievoorziening en vastgoedsturing op een toekomstbestendige manier. Tegelijkertijd bouw je aan een sterk team en creëer je de randvoorwaarden waarmee de organisatie beter kan inspelen op steeds complexere opgaven.Daarnaast vertaal je externe ontwikkelingen, netwerkrelaties en strategische ambities naar beleid, processen en concrete uitvoering. Je verbindt de directie Vastgoed met de directies Wonen, Strategie, Financiën en Bedrijfsvoering en zorgt voor een goede wisselwerking tussen beleid, uitvoering en ondersteuning. Dit is een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen de functie, omdat je kennis en expertise bij elkaar brengt en zo bijdraagt aan integrale besluitvorming en organisatiebrede verbeteringen. "Als je energie krijgt van het opbouwen van een nieuwe afdeling, graag afwisselt tussen leidinggeven, verbeteren, adviseren en samenwerken, en juist op hectische momenten rust en overzicht brengt, dan is dit een baan voor jou."
