Als Manager Vergunningen in Almere zorg je ervoor dat vergunningstrajecten succesvol verlopen en projecten op koers blijven. Een uitdagende functie waarin strategie, leiderschap en inhoudelijke kennis samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Vergunningen ga je vanuit de vestiging in Almere aan de slag voor onze opdrachtgever. Je neemt de leiding over complexe vergunningstrajecten binnen projecten op het gebied van infrastructuur, energie, industrie en gebiedsontwikkeling. Je stelt de juiste aanpak vast, bewaakt de voortgang van procedures en zorgt ervoor dat vergunningen tijdig worden aangevraagd en verkregen. Daarbij onderhoud je intensief contact met opdrachtgevers, gemeenten, provincies, omgevingsdiensten en andere betrokken partijen. Je overziet het volledige proces, signaleert mogelijke risico's in een vroeg stadium en stuurt waar nodig bij om projecten volgens planning te laten verlopen. Naast jouw inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid geef je leiding aan een team van vergunningenspecialisten. Je ondersteunt collega's in hun ontwikkeling, stimuleert kennisuitwisseling en creëert een werkomgeving waarin kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over de verdere groei van de adviesgroep en de verbetering van werkprocessen. Door jouw coachende leiderschapsstijl en strategisch inzicht draag je niet alleen bij aan succesvolle projecten, maar ook aan de ontwikkeling van de professionals binnen het team.
