Manager Vers Locatie Almere Vers talent tot bloei brengen. Maak er werk van. Als Manager Vers ben jij hét gezicht van de versafdelingen en zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten altijd tevreden de deur uitgaan. Je bent een expert op het gebied van versproducten en deelt deze kennis graag met jouw team. De winkelvloer is waar jij te vinden bent. Je houdt de kwaliteit van de Groente & Fruit afdeling, de Bakkerij, de Markthal en Foodservice nauwlettend in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat de klant elke dag een kwalitatief goed product op een schone afdeling vindt. Maar daar blijft het niet bij. Als Manager Vers ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van jouw team en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen als een geoliede machine werkt. Het aannemen van nieuw talent en het voeren van beoordelingsgesprekken horen daar ook bij. Jij staat bekend om een juiste mix van hard werken, plezier hebben en een hoge betrokkenheid op de afdeling.
