Manager Vers & Service Als Manager Vers & Service ben jij samen met de Supermarktmanager en de Manager Operatie het gezicht van de winkel en zorg je voor een winkel die optimaal presteert. Manager Vers & Service bij Albert Heijn Als Manager Vers & Service houd je meerdere ballen tegelijkertijd hoog en ben je het gezicht van het serviceplein en de versafdelingen. Je hebt oprechte belangstelling voor de klanten en daar maak jij samen met jouw team het verschil. Jij loopt voorop in de digitale ontwikkelingen en neemt je team en de klanten hierin mee. Dat vraagt om lef, energie én nieuwsgierigheid. Samen met de Supermarktmanager en de Managers Operatie ben jij onderdeel van het managementteam van het filiaal. Hoe ziet de functie eruit? Het beste resultaat behaal je samen. Je bent veel op de werkvloer. Je tijd gebruik je om je team te coachen op de omgang met klanten en het goed uitvoeren van de processen. Je neemt je team mee in de resultaten van de afdeling en geeft constructieve feedback. Met tijd en aandacht voor iedereen zorg je voor een hoge betrokkenheid en veel werkplezier. Samen ga je voor een glimlach van onze klant, iedere dag weer. Als Manager Vers & Service bij Albert Heijn maak je gebruik van diverse digitale tools om een optimale kwaliteit, prijs en gemak van versproducten te bewaken. Je kent het belang van een goede balans tussen kosten en opbrengsten en je weet precies hoe je klanten tevreden moet stellen. Ben jij geschikt als Manager Vers & Service bij Albert Heijn? - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt een open houding, goede leiderschapskwaliteiten en bent energiek; - Je hebt ervaring met winkelprocessen en leidinggeven binnen de retail of andere klantgerichte werkervaring; - Je bent klantgericht, hebt gevoel voor service en bent enthousiast; - Je bent analytisch sterk; - En je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
