Ben jij een geboren organisator die klaar is om de regie te nemen over een complete opslag- en goederenorganisatie? Een snelgroeiende, financieel ijzersterke onderneming in de regio Moorslede zoekt een doelgerichte Manager Warehouse & Logistics. In deze sleutelrol stuur je de dagelijkse werkvloer aan, neem je het voortouw in procesverbeteringen en breng je alle logistieke stromen naar een hoger niveau.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse gang van zaken in het magazijn aan. Je plant de capaciteit efficiënt in, bewaakt de doorstroom van in- en uitgaande goederen en stroomlijnt het verpakkingsbeheer.
  • Je bent een zichtbare leider op de vloer. Je stimuleert, ondersteunt en ontwikkelt jouw teamleden om samen doelen te behalen en een hechte groepsgeest te creëren.
  • Je licht de bestaande werkwijzen en opslagmethodieken door, spoort knelpunten op en implementeert pragmatische oplossingen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een accurate voorraadadministratie en stemt afstroom- en toevoerprocessen nauw af met productie, afroeping en externe transportpartners.
  • Je formuleert en monitort heldere prestatie-indicatoren op het gebied van leverbetrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en verwerkingssnelheid.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Bachelor- werk- en denkniveau, opgebouwd door studie of relevante praktijkervaring in magazijnbeheer, verpakking of distributie.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie binnen een operationele werkomgeving.
  • Organisatorisch ijzersterk, hands-on, besluitvaardig en sterk gericht op resultaat en oplossingen.
  • Vlot in de omgang en in staat om op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie helder te communiceren.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; actieve kennis van het Frans of Engels is een troef.
