Krijg jij energie van techniek én logistiek en weet je mensen, materiaal en planning perfect samen te brengen? Wil jij de vrijheid krijgen om een depot/magazijn verder uit te bouwen tot de sterke motor achter verschillende bouwprojecten?

Dan is deze uitdaging als Manager werflogistiek & Techniek misschien precies wat je zoekt:

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de leiding over het depot en het logistieke team (5 medewerkers) en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materiaal, machines en transport perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.
  • Je organiseert het depot als een interne servicepartner voor de werven: alles wat zij nodig hebben, staat tijdig, correct en efficiënt klaar.
  • Je optimaliseert stock, materiaalstromen en transportplanning en kijkt daarbij vooruit: jij anticipeert vandaag al op wat de werven binnen enkele weken nodig hebben.
  • Je coördineert de technische voorzieningen op de werven, van nutsaansluitingen en vermogensberekeningen tot laadpunten en batterijopslag.
  • Je beheert het wagenpark en materieel en volgt onderhoud, keuringen, schadegevallen en inzetbaarheid nauwgezet op.
  • Je neemt facility en kleinere infrastructurele projecten mee onder jouw vleugels en zorgt voor een praktische en efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, vergunningen, energieverbruik en operationele KPI’s en rapporteert hierover rechtstreeks aan het management.
  • Je krijgt de vrijheid om te verbeteren en te vernieuwen: je analyseert processen, ontdekt waar het slimmer kan en zet jouw ideeën om in concrete verbeteringen voor depot én werven.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of master, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica, en hebt een sterke technische basis.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen logistiek, depotbeheer, transportplanning of een technisch-operationele omgeving. Ervaring in de bouwsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent een organisator en peoplemanager die duidelijke prioriteiten stelt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en een operationeel team weet mee te krijgen.
  • Je denkt analytisch én vooruit: je anticipeert op toekomstige noden van de werven en zoekt voortdurend naar praktische en efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent ondernemend, no-nonsense en verbeteringsgericht en hebt interesse in nieuwe technieken, digitalisering en duurzame energieoplossingen. Ervaring met ERP-systemen en/of een VCA VOL-attest is mooi meegenomen.
