- Interim Manager Wijk & Leven Afbeelding Oost-Nederland Rijnconsult Interim Opdracht Interim Manager Wijk & Leven Regio Gelderland | 32-36 uur | circa 6 maanden Voor een maatschappelijke organisatie met een sterke regionale positie zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren interim Manager Wijk & Leven. In deze opdracht geef je leiding aan een team van professionals dat zich dagelijks inzet voor leefbare, veilige en betrokken wijken. Je brengt rust, richting en focus in het team, versterkt de samenwerking en geeft verdere invulling aan wijkgericht werken. Je opereert op het snijvlak van wonen, leefbaarheid, bewonersparticipatie en maatschappelijke samenwerking. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met gemeenten, zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties, bewonersinitiatieven en interne stakeholders. De opdracht Je houdt je onder meer bezig met: - het aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van een team van betrokken professionals; - het versterken van samenwerking, eigenaarschap en resultaatgericht werken; - het verbinden van verschillende organisatieonderdelen rondom wijkopgaven; - het verder brengen van wijkgericht werken en de uitvoering van wijkplannen; - het onderhouden van relaties met externe partners in het maatschappelijke domein; - het creëren van rust, duidelijkheid en een stevige basis voor de toekomst. Wij zoeken Een verbindende en daadkrachtige interim-manager met: - wo werk- en denkniveau; - ervaring in wonen, leefbaarheid, sociaal beheer, wijkontwikkeling of een vergelijkbaar maatschappelijk domein; - ruime ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams; - bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en het vermogen uiteenlopende belangen te verbinden; - een hands-on instelling gecombineerd met strategisch inzicht.
