Je hebt de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid over de locatie en werkt aan teamontwikkeling en kwaliteitsverhoging, met als doel bewoners de beste zorg en leefomgeving te bieden. Je bent het gezicht van de locatie en draagt integrale verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je zorgt met het team voor persoonsgerichte zorg, optimale bezetting en een fijne leefomgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig, bent creatief, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet wat er nodig is om de locatie goed te laten draaien. - Je onderhoudt contact met bewoners en hun familie, begeleidt nieuwe bewoners en zet commerciële kansen om in concrete acties. - Je creëert een veilige werkomgeving, geeft richting aan het team en bewaakt de personele bezetting. - Je waarborgt de zorgkwaliteit, initieert verbeteracties en onderhoudt contacten met huisartsen en andere ketenpartners. - Financieel bewaak je de begroting en stuur je bij waar nodig. - Je rapporteert aan de Clustermanager. In het centrum, vlak bij de binnenstad van Middelburg staat Villa Stella. De 25 appartementen bieden mensen met dementie een fijne, waardige en liefdevolle plek om te wonen. De bewoners kunnen genieten van de gezamenlijke ruimtes en de tuin. Villa Stella is de eerste zorgvilla van Korian in Zeeland, waarmee we aantrekkelijk zijn voor potentiële bewoners, medewerkers en vrijwilligers. Het team van deze villa zorgt samen voor een prachtige locatie waar zowel bewoners als de collega's zich thuis voelen. Een huis met een 'historisch randje' zonder oubollig te zijn.
