Met ongeveer 4.000 verhuureenheden, 29 medewerkers en een goede financiële positie is De Leeuw van Putten een belangrijke speler in de lokale woningmarkt. Zij is in het bezit van een kwalitatief goede woningvoorraad en is continu in gesprek met haar omgeving en heeft volop ambities voor haar huurders, vastgoedbezit en de wijken. De Leeuw van Putten is opgericht in 1981, destijds in een groeikern met een grote bouwopgave. Door de zeer geconcentreerde bouwperiode -haar hele bezit werd in ongeveer vijf jaar tijd gebouwd- bereidt zij zich voor op een grootschalige herstructureringsopgave waarvan de start over zeven jaren gepland staat. De Leeuw van Putten staat dichtbij haar klanten, met een zeer servicegerichte dienstverlening. De Leeuw van Putten kent een prettige professionele en informele werksfeer, waarin met relatief weinig mensen veel wordt gedaan. Een en ander vraagt om een flexibele 'hands on' mentaliteit en een procesgerichte multidisciplinaire manier van werken. Kortom: u vervult taken van operationeel tot strategisch niveau, waarbij u niet begrensd wordt door uw functieomschrijving. Vanwege de pensionering van één van de MT-leden is De Leeuw van Putten op zoek naar een Manager Wonen. Functie: De Manager Wonen wordt rechtstreeks aangestuurd door de directeur-bestuurder en is lid van het MT. Als manager van de afdeling Wonen geeft u leiding aan woonconsulenten, een coördinator participatie & buurtbeheer en baliemedewerkers. Ook bent u een sparringpartner voor de directeur-bestuurder, collega MT-leden en medewerkers bij het vormgeven van het strategisch beleid en de vertaling daarvan naar de uitvoering van de kerntaak van De Leeuw van Putten.
