Vanuit Spijkenisse verbind je behandelkwaliteit, leiderschap en vernieuwing als manager zorg binnen de ambulante psychiatrie. Jouw nieuwe baan Jouw werkdag draait om meer dan leidinggeven. Als manager zorg geef je inhoudelijk richting aan 6 multidisciplinaire ggz-teams en een expertiseteam persoonlijkheid. Samen bieden deze teams ambulante behandeling aan mensen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Binnen het managementteam draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van zorg. Daarbij vertaal je ontwikkelingen in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg naar beleid en praktische verbeteringen. Goede ideeën krijgen zo daadwerkelijk een plek binnen de dagelijkse behandeling. Tegelijkertijd houd je zicht op wat professionals nodig hebben. Stimuleer kennisdeling, versterk de samenwerking en geef medewerkers ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Jouw leiderschap helpt teams om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun werk en behandelresultaten. Buiten de organisatie onderhoud je contact met gemeenten, huisartsen en andere ketenpartners. Die samenwerking draagt bij aan passende zorg rondom de cliënt. Daarnaast werk je mee aan projecten die meerdere regio's raken en aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ambulante ggz-zorg. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Vanuit Spijkenisse werk je binnen een grote divisie voor ambulante psychiatrie. De regio bestaat uit multidisciplinaire ggz-teams die werken volgens de FACT-methodiek. Zij behandelen en begeleiden mensen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Naast deze teams zijn verschillende expertiseteams actief. Specialistische kennis wordt daardoor ook buiten de eigen regio ingezet.
