Om mensen die ondersteuning nodig hebben én om professionals die iedere dag samen met hen werken aan herstel en een zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven. Binnen MET de wijk bieden we begeleiding aan mensen met psychische klachten, dichtbij hun eigen leefwereld. Thuis, in de wijk of binnen één van onze woonvormen. De zorgvragen zijn divers en worden steeds complexer. Dat vraagt om sterke teams, ruimte voor professionaliteit en een manager die dichtbij de medewerkers staat en oog heeft voor wat er nodig is. Voor de regio Horst/Venray en Panningen zoeken we een Manager Zorg die mensen weet te verbinden, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en samen met professionals bouwt aan goede zorg en ondersteuning. Je geeft ruimte aan vakmanschap en weet tegelijkertijd koers te houden. Wat houdt de functie in? Als Manager Zorg geef je leiding aan de teams binnen MET de wijk in de regio Horst/Venray en Panningen. Je bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar, weet wat er binnen de teams speelt en biedt medewerkers de ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben om hun werk goed te kunnen doen. Juist de combinatie van nabij leiderschap en integrale verantwoordelijkheid maakt deze functie interessant. Je geeft ruimte aan professionals, maar houdt ook zicht op de kwaliteit, personeelsbezetting, verzuim en financiële gezondheid van de teams. Vanuit vertrouwen en duidelijke kaders creëer je een werkomgeving waarin professionals ruimte ervaren om hun vak uit te oefenen, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zich te ontwikkelen. Daarbij zorg je voor de juiste randvoorwaarden en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Je ontvangt leiding van de Directeur Zorg en maakt deel uit van het managementteam van de resultaatverantwoordelijke eenheid MET de Wijk, samen met drie collega-Managers Zorg en Programmaleiders Inhoud.
