Manager Zorg & Begeleiding | Brummen Ben jij een stevige en mensgerichte leider die ruimte geeft waar het kan en richting biedt waar het nodig is? Als Manager Zorg & Begeleiding op Radeland in Brummen geef je samen met je collega-manager leiding aan een locatie met 63 bewoners, verdeeld over zeven woningen. Je verbindt goede zorg aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je vertrouwt op de kracht van teams, maar bent zichtbaar en duidelijk wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Jouw werkplek Radeland is een groene locatie in Brummen waar 63 bewoners verdeeld over zeven woningen wonen. Vijf woningen zijn gericht op ouder wordende bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en twee woningen op bewoners met EMB. Op het terrein ligt ook activiteitencentrum Het Trefhûs. De zorgvragen zijn divers en kunnen intensief zijn. Dat vraagt om leiderschap dat oog heeft voor verschillen tussen bewoners, teams en situaties. Jouw rol Als Manager Zorg & Begeleiding ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg, medewerkers en de bedrijfsvoering binnen jouw deel van de locatie. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-manager en vormt samen met het managementteam de verbinding tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en de bredere ontwikkelingen binnen Philadelphia. De teams werken zoveel mogelijk zelf organiserend en met kernrolhouders. Jij geeft richting, stelt duidelijke kaders en zorgt dat medewerkers hun verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen. Je neemt het werk niet over, maar bent er wanneer een team vastloopt, een besluit nodig is of een verandering om extra sturing vraagt. Je bent zichtbaar op de locatie en weet wat er speelt. Je voert ook gesprekken die soms lastig zijn. Tegelijkertijd geef je medewerkers ruimte om zelf oplossingen te vinden en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je werkt samen met bewoners, verwanten, behandelaren en andere partners. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar wat vandaag nodig is, maar ook naar hoe zorg en begele...
