En krijg jij energie van leiderschap dat zichtbaar is én ruimte geeft? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw locatie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor 4 locaties in Noord-Holland . De locaties verschillen in omvang, samenstelling en ondersteuningsvragen. Je krijgt daarmee te maken met een brede groep bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. Dat vraagt om een manager die goed kijkt naar wat er per locatie speelt en ontwikkelingen kan vertalen naar wat daar nodig is. Jouw team Als Manager Zorg & Begeleiding geef je leiding aan ongeveer 35 medewerkers , verdeeld over zelforganiserende teams. Medewerkers en kernrolhouders hebben een belangrijke eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Jij ondersteunt hen daarin, brengt verbinding tussen de verschillende teams en zorgt voor duidelijke richting wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar, maar neemt het werk niet over. Jouw uitdaging Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg en begeleiding, personeelsbeleid en de resultaten van jouw locaties. Je geeft richting aan de teams, ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt dat de strategie en organisatiedoelen worden vertaald naar wat er op de locaties nodig is. Daarbij kijk je steeds naar de specifieke situatie en uitdagingen van iedere locatie. Goed leiderschap betekent hier niet dat je overal zelf tussen hoeft te zitten. Je weet wat er speelt, bent zichtbaar voor medewerkers en geeft ruimte waar dat kan. Tegelijkertijd pak je door wanneer richting nodig is. Je coacht teams bij ontwikkeling en verandering, ondersteunt kernrolhouders en helpt medewerkers om eigenaarschap te nemen.
