Ben jij een ervaren zorgprofessional met leiderschapservaring of de ambitie om hierin te groeien? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar je direct impact maakt op het leven van jongeren en jongvolwassenen (6-23 jaar) en hun gezinnen? Dan is dit jouw kans. Jouw functie Als Manager Zorg geef je richting aan de inhoud van de zorg en aan de teams. Je werkt vanuit de locatie aan de Dr. van Welylaan, waar we specialistische klinische behandelinge n bieden aan jongeren met complexe problematiek. Het zorgaanbod is breed en multidisciplinair. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor passende, veilige en doelgerichte zorg. Wat ga je doen? - Je vertaalt het beleid van Youz naar de dagelijkse praktijk binnen de klinieken. - Je geeft coachend leiding aan zorgprofessionals en multidisciplinaire teams. - Je werkt actief samen met interne collega's en externe netwerkpartners in de regio. - Je stimuleert innovatie en verbetert de kwaliteit van zorg. - Je blijft waar nodig inhoudelijk betrokken bij de zorg, bijvoorbeeld als regiebehandelaar. - Je weet wat er speelt in het veld en onderhoudt nauw contact met stakeholders. Dit ben jij - Je bent BIG-geregistreerd als GZ-psycholoog, klinisch psycholoog of psychiater. - Je hebt ervaring als regiebehandelaar binnen de jeugd-ggz. - Je hebt affiniteit met onze doelgroep en het werken binnen een klinische setting. - Je hebt ervaring met (of sterke interesse in) leidinggeven en teamontwikkeling. - Je bent goed op de hoogte van relevante wet- en regelgeving in de ggz.
