Manager zorg / RegiebehandelaarAntes is voor Cluster 2 van Divisie Klinisch Zuid op zoek naar een manager zorg /regiebehandelaar.Divisie Klinisch Zuid bevindt zich grotendeels in Poortugaal, ten zuiden van Rotterdam enbiedt specialistische psychiatrische zorg aan mensen met complexe psychiatrischeproblematiek. Binnen de divisie werken we aan kwalitatief sterke, innovatieve enherstelgerichte zorg. De lijnen zijn kort, er is veel onderling vertrouwen en je krijgt ruimteom vanuit jouw expertise richting te geven aan de ontwikkeling van de zorg.Ben jij psychiater, klinisch psycholoog, gz-psycholoog of verpleegkundig specialist en wilje jouw werk als regiebehandelaar combineren met een inhoudelijke managementrol?DanDan maken we graag kennis met je.Dit ga je doenIn deze functie ben je vooral actief als regiebehandelaar binnen het multidisciplinaireteam van 1 of 2 afdelingen in het cluster, in overleg te bepalen. Daarnaast vervul je voor9 uur per week de rol van manager zorg. Je blijft daarmee dicht bij cliënten en collega'sen neemt jouw ervaring uit de dagelijkse praktijk mee in de ontwikkeling en kwaliteit vande zorg. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:bijdragen aan diagnostiek, behandeling, casuïstiek en behandelbeleid;•bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit en inhoud van de cliëntenzorg;•verder ontwikkelen van behandelaanbod, samenwerking en zorgprocessen;•creëren van een positief werk- en opleidingsklimaat;•verbinden en begeleiden van professionals;•samenwerken met collega-managers, directie en ketenpartners.•• Dit ben jijJe bent een inhoudelijk sterke professional die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, mensen weette verbinden en graag dicht bij de behandelpraktijk blijft.Daarnaast:ben je BIG-geregistreerd en inzetbaar als regiebehandelaar;•heb je bij voorkeur ervaring in of affiniteit met een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol;•beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;•kun je goed samenwerken, reflecteren en professionals motiver...
