Solliciteer Direct naar Jouw kwaliteiten Dit bieden we Sollicitatieprocedure Solliciteer Over je baan als Indigo is op zoek naar een manager zorg POH-GGZ De Praktijkondersteuners Huisarts GGZ (POH-GGZ) bieden kortdurende psychische begeleiding aan patiënten in de huisartsenpraktijk. Zij bieden een persoonlijke en laagdrempelige aanpak, gericht op snel herstel. Wanneer nodig verwijzen zij patiënten door naar passende vervolgzorg. Ook overbruggingszorg en begeleiding van patiënten met chronische psychische aandoeningen behoren tot het werk van de POH-GGZ. Hiermee is de POH-GGZ een zeer zelfstandige en veelomvattende functie die goede ondersteuning vereist. Als manager zorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regio's Rijnmond, Haaglanden en Noord-Holland. In deze drie regio's werken ongeveer 100 collega's, verdeeld over circa 200 huisartsenpraktijken. Iedere regio beschikt over een manager bedrijfsvoering en een relatiemanager huisartsen. Als manager zorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle drie de regio's en breng je de zorginhoudelijke expertise in. Je werkt nauw samen met de managers bedrijfsvoering, die zich richten op de organisatorische en bedrijfsmatige kant. Samen zorgen jullie voor samenhang, kwaliteit en resultaat.
