Het Wit-Gele Kruis West-Vlaanderen is een gevestigde waarde in thuisverpleging en is er voor iedereen die zorg nodig heeft. Bijna 1.300 medewerkers streven ernaar mensen in de beste omstandigheden in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving te verzorgen. We combineren professionele expertise met menselijkheid en maken elke dag het verschil voor patiënten en hun mantelzorgers.

Onze Zorgcentrale ondersteunt deze missie mee. Meer dan 10.000 abonnees in West-Vlaanderen kunnen via hun personenalarmsysteem rekenen op onze medewerkers die noodoproepen met verpleegtechnische kennis beoordelen en adequaat beantwoorden, en dit 24/24 en 7/7. Deze dienstverlening wordt zowel in een B2C als in een B2B setting aangeboden.

Om onze dienstverlening verder te versterken en toekomstgericht uit te bouwen, zoeken we een gedreven manager Zorgcentrale.

Jobomschrijving

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Manager Zorgcentrale draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de strategische, tactische en operationele aansturing van onze Zorgcentrale. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening dag en nacht kwaliteitsvol, efficiënt en klantgericht verloopt.

Je:

  • Organiseert, coördineert en optimaliseert de dagelijkse werking van de Zorgcentrale
  • Vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete acties, projecten en resultaten
  • Analyseert prestaties en kwaliteitsindicatoren en zet verbeterinitiatieven op
  • Ontwikkelt en implementeert processen, procedures en werkafspraken in samenwerking met interne stakeholders
  • Leidt nieuwe implementaties en bewaakt een vlotte operationele uitrol
  • Stuurt je team aan, coacht medewerkers en creëert een cultuur van betrokkenheid, samenwerking en groei.
  • Organiseert structurele overlegmomenten om informatie te delen en de teamwerking te versterken
  • Bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning en continue dienstverlening;
  • Bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten, leveranciers en externe partners en volgt contracten en serviceafspraken op
  • Beheert het budget van de Zorgcentrale en bewaakt de financiële opvolging
  • Vertegenwoordigt de Zorgcentrale West-Vlaanderen in provinciale overlegorganen en samenwerkingsverbanden en bouwt mee aan een uniforme, toekomstgerichte dienstverlening binnen het Wit-Gele Kruis.
  • Neemt actief deel aan werkgroepen en innovatieprojecten en stimuleert kennisdeling tussen de verschillende Zorgcentrales.

Voor deze uitdagende functie zoeken wij een verbindende leider die strategisch kan denken, sterk inzet op samenwerking en tegelijk voeling behoudt met de dagelijkse werking.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig opgebouwd door relevante ervaring. Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een zorgomgeving of een organisatie met continue dienstverlening. Ervaring in het succesvol leiden en implementeren van projecten. Inzicht in kwaliteitszorg, risicobeheer, patiëntveiligheid en continue verbetering. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte aanpak. Het vermogen om medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en mee te nemen in veranderingen. Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden. Kennis van de werking van een zorgcentrale, alarmcentrale, dispatchingomgeving of zorg op afstand is een belangrijke troef. Commerciële feeling om onze klanten te ondersteunen bij ontwikkeling van opportuniteiten. Een minimale technische affiniteit hebben met de systemen die de hard- en software ruggengraat uitmaken van de zorgcentrale en hun interacties, of bereidheid deze te ontwikkelen. Een vlotte kennis van Microsoft Office en affiniteit met digitale toepassingen, operationele systemen en rapporteringstools.
