Met vertrouwen, plezier en een team dat samen wil winnen Wat je gaat doen Als Managing Consultant ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen technisch talent en opdrachtgevers in Noord-Nederland. Je combineert ondernemerschap, recruitment en sales en zorgt dat technische professionals op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Bij bedrijven waar ze echt het verschil kunnen maken. In deze rol: Combineer je recruitment en sales: je werft technische professionals (nationaal én internationaal) en verbindt ze met passende opdrachtgevers. Onderneem je met vrijheid: geen vaste scripts of belmomenten, maar ruimte voor jouw eigen aanpak. Bezoek je klanten en kandidaten, voer je intakes en werk je hybride vanuit kantoor, onderweg of op een andere Xelvin-vestiging. Werk je nauw samen met collega's André, Kees, Sil, Lucas, Marlies en Sander. Samen houden jullie elkaar scherp en vieren jullie successen. Wat je van ons krijgt Een salaris tussen € 3.250 en € 4.250 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Bonusregeling op basis van jouw resultaten én die van het team, want samen scoren telt. Een leaseauto inclusief internationale tankpas, laptop en telefoon, uiteraard ook privé te gebruiken. 25 vakantiedagen + 5 extra dagen via het Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB), omdat werk niet alles is. Dagelijkse gezamenlijke lunch op kantoor, natúúrlijk op onze kosten. Een uitgebreid onboardingstraject met interne én externe trainingen in recruitment, sales en communicatie. Vrijheid, vertrouwen en een sportieve werkomgeving. Met tafeltennis, padel, uitjes en collega’s die er voor elkaar zijn. Wat we van jou verwachten Ervaring in arbeidsbemiddeling, recruitment of

accountmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen de techniek. Commercieel inzicht en eigenaarschap. Je denkt in kansen en handelt daarnaar.
