Als Managing Consultant Arnhem ben jij hét gezicht van Secretary Plus in de regio. Je bent veel onderweg, voert gesprekken met klanten en assistants en weet precies waar kansen liggen. Dankzij jouw ondernemende mindset verbind je organisaties aan de beste management assistants, office managers en directiesecretaresses. Wat ga je doen: - Je bouwt een sterk netwerk op in de regio Arnhem en ontwikkelt duurzame klantrelaties. - Je werft, begeleidt en ontwikkelt een pool van talentvolle assistants. - Je adviseert klanten over hun capaciteits- en ondersteuningsvraagstukken. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe samenwerkingen. - Je combineert recruitment, sales en relatiebeheer om jouw regio verder uit te bouwen. - Je volgt marktontwikkelingen actief en speelt hier slim op in.
