Je staat aan het roer van hoogwaardige advies- en resultaatopdrachten bij onder meer gemeenten, provincies en andere publieke instellingen. Je speelt een cruciale rol binnen het domein Financiën & Control. Hier bouw je actief aan klantrelaties, verwerf je nieuwe adviesopdrachten en realiseer je zichtbare maatschappelijke impact. Daarnaast draag je mede de verantwoordelijkheid voor de professionele ontwikkeling en inhoudelijke coaching van ons consultantsteam. In deze sleutelrol komen jouw diepgaande adviesvaardigheden, programmamanagement, accountmanagement en mensgericht leiderschap naadloos samen. Drie voorbeelden van strategische adviesopdrachten waar jij leiding aan geeft: - Strategische Financiële Scan & Bestuurlijk Afwegingskader: Je leidt een integraal onderzoek naar de financiële positie en beleidsmatige keuzeruimte binnen de gemeentelijke begroting. Je maakt inzichtelijk waar het onderscheid ligt tussen wettelijke verplichtingen en lokale beleidskeuzes, en voert een benchmark uit met referentiegemeenten. Het resultaat? Een helder afwegingskader waarmee het college en de raad objectieve, verantwoorde keuzes kunnen maken over maatschappelijke prioriteiten. - Resultaatopdracht KPI-vergelijking & Procesanalyse: Je stuurt een benchmark- en kostenanalyse aan van de belangrijkste financiële en inkoopprocessen binnen een grote SAP-omgeving.
