Je richt je op complexe financiële vraagstukken binnen de lokale overheid, zoals gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen en gemeenschappelijke regelingen door heel Nederland. In deze rol sta je aan het roer van verandering en zet je degelijk financieel beleidsadvies om in concrete, maatschappelijke impact voor de inwoner. In deze inhoudelijk uitdagende rol combineer je jouw netwerk met hoogwaardige financiële expertise. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol verwerven en leiden van adviesopdrachten bij diverse publieke organisaties. Je fungeert als een betrouwbare en strategische sparringpartner op bestuurlijk niveau. Voorbeeldopdrachten in jouw dagelijkse praktijk zijn: - Begeleiding van ZBB-trajecten en kerntakendiscussies: Gemeenten adviseren en begeleiden bij het uitvoeren van Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) en heroverwegingstrajecten. Je beoordeelt ambities, taken en uitgaven opnieuw op nut, noodzaak en maatschappelijke waarde om te komen tot een sluitende meerjarenbegroting. - Uitvoering van Rekenkamer- en 213a-onderzoeken: Het uitvoeren van onafhankelijke onderzoeken naar thema's zoals onderbesteding, weerstandsvermogen & risicobeheersing, en de doelmatigheid/stuurbaarheid van regionale samenwerkingsverbanden. - Financiële scenario-analyses en maatschappelijke kostprijzen: Het uitwerken van toekomstbestendige scenario's voor de heroriëntatie van het welzijnsbeleid of het uitvoeren van kostprijsonderzoeken voor de Wmo en Maatsc...
