Als managing consultant bij Berenschot ben je zowel inhoudelijk expert als ondernemend leider. Je zorgt dat informatieveiligheid voor onze klanten op de bestuurlijke agenda komt én blijft, en dat ons team groeit door jouw visie, contacten en commerciële slagkracht. Samen met onze klanten, de maatschappij en jouw collega's werk je aan duurzame impact. Dit ga je doen - In deze functie ben je meer dan een adviseur. Je bent een strategisch gesprekspartner voor bestuur en directie, een kartrekker in marktontwikkeling en een inhoudelijke autoriteit op het gebied van informatieveiligheid. Omdat je ook een rol speelt in het verder uitbouwen van ons portfolio, neem je een actieve positie in bij acquisitie en relatiebeheer. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - strategisch advies en thought leadership. Je adviseert organisaties op het hoogste niveau over digitale weerbaarheid, risicobeheersing en naleving van relevante normen en wetgeving. - marktontwikkeling en acquisitie. Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk, signaleert kansen en weet deze om te zetten naar opdrachten. - het ontwikkelen en implementeren van oplossingen. Je helpt klanten bij het realiseren en borgen van verbeteringen in informatieveiligheid. - risicoanalyse en beleidsvorming. Je voert diepgaande risicoanalyses uit en ontwikkelt strategische kaders voor governance en beveiliging. - leiding en coaching. Je stuurt projectteams aan, begeleidt collega-consultants en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling binnen en buiten Berenschot. - publicatie en profilering. Je schri...
