Je leidt hoogwaardige advies- en resultaatopdrachten bij gemeenten, provincies en overige publieke organisaties. Daarnaast ben je mede-verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke coaching en professionele ontwikkeling van ons team van consultants. Je versterkt het domein Financiën & Control, waar je bouwt aan klantrelaties, nieuwe adviesopdrachten verwerft en maatschappelijke impact realiseert. In jouw rol combineer je diepgaande adviesvaardigheden met programmamanagement, accountmanagement en mensgericht leiderschap. Drie voorbeelden van strategische adviesopdrachten waar jij leiding aan geeft: - Strategische Financiële Scan & Bestuurlijk Afwegingskader: Je leidt een integraal onderzoek naar de financiële positie, activiteiten en beleidsmatige keuzeruimte binnen de gemeentelijke begroting. Je maakt het onderscheid tussen wettelijke verplichtingen en lokale beleidskeuzes inzichtelijk en voert een benchmark uit ten opzichte van referentiegemeenten. Het resultaat is een overzichtelijk afwegingskader dat het college en de raad een objectieve basis biedt om verantwoorde keuzes te maken over prioriteiten en maatschappelijke opgaven. - Resultaatopdracht KPI-vergelijking & Procesanalyse: Je stuurt een resultaatgerichte benchmark- en kostenanalyse aan van de belangrijkste financiële- en inkoopprocessen binnen een omvangrijke SAP-omgeving.
