Als Managing Director ontwikkel je samen met het MT een heldere koers voor de komende jaren en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke keuzes en een consistente uitvoering. Je brengt focus aan in het portfolio, benut commerciële mogelijkheden en stuurt op resultaat en rendement. Ook geef je richting aan belangrijke investeringsvraagstukken rond nieuwe technologie, productiecapaciteit en de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie in Tanzania. Je ontwikkelt het MT verder tot een krachtig en zelfstandig opererend geheel en benut de mogelijkheden binnen het familiebedrijf, met behoud van het ondernemerschap, de innovatiekracht en betrokken cultuur van Schoneveld Breeding. Na een gedegen inwerkperiode krijg je de ruimte en het mandaat om de onderneming zelfstandig te leiden.
