K-Boringen, een zeer performant en oplossingsgericht bedrijf voor buisdoorpersingen en microtunnelling doorheen geheel Europa. We boren leidingen en tunnels met een diameter tot 4 meter en lengtes tot meer dan 1,5 kilometer. Dit doen we voor de aan- en afvoer van water en gas of als doorvoer voor kabels en leidingen waar aanleg in open sleuf geen optie is, zoals onder gebouwen, waterlopen, spoorwegen of onder de zeebodem en zelfs door hardgesteente zoals Zwitsers gebergte.

Jobomschrijving

Als Managing Director Tunnelling leid je de volledige operationele en technische werking van onze microtunnelling-activiteiten en aanverwanten. Je zorgt voor structuur, stuurt het team aan en ontwikkelt samen met het management nieuwe strategische mogelijkheden binnen trenchless technieken. Technisch ondersteunen en aansturen van een jong team projectleiders.Offertes opstellen, calculaties uitvoeren en budgetten bewaken.Projectvoorbereiding en uitvoering coördineren.Juridisch-technische vraagstukken oplossen in een internationale omgeving (met o.a. FIDIC/UAV-GC/VOB).Communicatie met partners in het Nederlands en Duits.Meewerken aan de strategische scope-uitbreidingen naar o.a. HDD, e-power pipe, grondzuigwagens, casinginstallaties, …Operationele leiding van de vestiging in Hasselt.

Een mature, hands-on leider met technische diepgang én zin voor ondernemerschap.Master in burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, elektromechanica of geotechniek.Min. 10 jaar ervaring in civiele techniek, tunnelling of ondergrondse werken.Sterke affiniteit met uitvoering, techniek en projectleiding.Goede kennis van Nederlands en Duits. Frans is mooi meegenomen.Bereidheid om dagelijks fysiek aanwezig te zijn in Hasselt tijdens inloop.Ervaring met strategisch leiderschap of P&L-verantwoordelijkheid.Kennis van juridische raamwerken (FIDIC, UAV-GC).
