Je behandelt een diverse doelgroep met uiteenlopende klachten en begeleidt patiënten doelgericht in hun herstel en belastbaarheid. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de klacht en werk je samen met de patiënt aan duurzame oplossingen Topfit Fysiotherapie is een groeiende fysiotherapiepraktijk met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit, persoonlijke aandacht en actieve zorg. De praktijk beschikt over moderne faciliteiten en behandelt een brede doelgroep, van algemene klachten tot sport- en werk gerelateerde problematiek. Binnen Topfit wordt gewerkt in een open en professionele cultuur waarin therapeuten de ruimte krijgen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, zich te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van de organisatie. Samenwerking, vertrouwen en vakinhoudelijke groei vormen de basis van het team. Daarnaast zijn wij ook onderdeel van FGN, een grote organisatie van fysiotherapie praktijken door heel Nederland. Hierdoor kunnen we elkaar ondersteunen en inspireren binnen onze eigen specialisme. Momenteel zoeken wij een Manueel therapeut voor onze locatie in Harderwijk. Op de locatie in Harderwijk zitten we samen met andere zorgprofessionals in een zorgcentrum. Het is een gezellig en hardwerkend team, met een gezamenlijke oefenzaal centraal in het gebouw sta je continu in contact met je collega's en de patiënten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent onderdeel van een betrokken team waarin overleg, kennisdeling en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend zijn. Naast behandelen denk je mee over verbetering van zorgprocessen, neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen agenda en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de praktijk.
