Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in de verdere digitalisering en automatisering van productieomgevingen? Als Manufacturing business analyst maak je deel uit van een centraal team dat instaat voor de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het Shopfloor/MES-systeem binnen verschillende productiesites.

Je vormt de brug tussen de business, development en de verschillende productieomgevingen. Je analyseert noden, vertaalt deze naar concrete functionaliteiten en begeleidt nieuwe ontwikkelingen van analyse en testing tot de uiteindelijke implementatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere analyse, ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het Shopfloor/MES-systeem voor verschillende productiesites.
  • Je bent nauw betrokken bij analyses, development, testing en integraties met SAP, industriële toepassingen en hardware.
  • Je vertaalt de noden van de business naar duidelijke functionele vereisten voor het developmentteam.
  • Je volgt de ontwikkeling van nieuwe functionaliteiten op en staat mee in voor testing en een succesvolle uitrol.
  • Je schrijft gedetailleerde analyses van change requests en neemt deel aan planningsmeetings.
  • Je voert functionele testen uit en gebruikt deze kennis om gerichte feedback te geven aan de developers.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het team en bewaakt mee de stabiliteit, kwaliteit en performantie van de applicatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders binnen de verschillende productiesites en bouwt duurzame relaties met hen op.
  • Je ondersteunt de gebruikers en helpt mee bij het oplossen van problemen wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt samen met het automationteam en ondersteunt de verdere automatisering van productieprocessen. Begrippen zoals PLC, SCADA en Historian zijn je dan ook niet vreemd.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technologieën en denkt actief mee over de verdere evolutie van het platform, onder meer richting webtechnologie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met softwareontwikkeling, testing en implementaties, bij voorkeur binnen een internationale productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met of affiniteit voor de textielsector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van SQL (MS SQL).
  • Je hebt ervaring met MES-systemen, bij voorkeur binnen productie en/of warehouse.
  • Je hebt ervaring met software-uitrol en beschikt over een basiskennis van projectmanagement.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met samenwerken met .NET-developers en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Agile werken.
  • Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders, van productieverantwoordelijken en engineers tot operatoren op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en volgt nieuwe technologieën actief op.
  • Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht, neemt ownership over je opdrachten en weet wanneer je een beroep kan doen op meer ervaren collega's.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe problemen terug te brengen tot de essentie.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en transparant en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je bent bereid om internationaal te reizen.
