In regio Waregem kom je terecht bij een internationale organisatie binnen de technische maakindustrie. De organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert technische oplossingen voor industriële klanten en beschikt over een sterk uitgebouwde productieafdeling waar engineering en productieprocessen nauw op elkaar aansluiten.

Als Manufacturing Engineer werk je op het snijvlak van ontwerp en productie. Je komt terecht in een rol waarin je dicht bij de praktijk staat en tegelijk meedenkt over de verdere ontwikkeling van een moderne productieomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Manufacturing Process Engineer analyseer je nieuwe onderdelen en vertaal je ontwerpkeuzes naar een haalbare en efficiënte productiemethode
  • Je denkt mee over de meest efficiënte manier om nieuwe onderdelen te produceren, met oog voor kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie
  • Vanuit jouw kennis van CNC en machining werk je CAM-programma’s uit en verfijn je bestaande bewerkingsprocessen
  • Je spoort mogelijke knelpunten in maakbaarheid, kwaliteit of doorlooptijd vroegtijdig op en werkt hiervoor praktische oplossingen uit
  • Samen met R&D, productie en engineering draag je bij aan verbeteringen rond automatisering, digitalisering, productiviteit en slimme productie
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Productietechnologie of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Vanuit jouw interesse of ervaring in CNC, CAM en verspaning wil je verder groeien binnen deze hightech productieomgeving
  • Je werkt analytisch en hands-on, met vlotte kennis van Nederlands en een plus voor Engels of Frans
