Ben jij een technisch profiel dat energie krijgt van productie, mensen en het oplossen van problemen? Voor een productieomgeving in de regio Willebroek zoeken we een Manufacturing Engineer die mee de dagelijkse werking van de site wil ondersteunen.

Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid en beweegt voortdurend tussen engineering, productie en operations. Voor iemand met ambitie vormt deze functie bovendien een mooie opstap naar een toekomstige leidinggevende of managementrol.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de productiesite.
  • Je volgt planning, bezetting en productievoortgang mee op.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor technische en operationele vragen op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt mee aan engineering en productievoorbereiding.
  • Je vertaalt technische berekeningen en ontwerpen naar een correcte uitvoering in productie.
  • Je volgt kwaliteit en technische problemen op en zoekt samen met de betrokken medewerkers naar oplossingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie, efficiëntie en productverbetering.
  • Je analyseert problemen op de werkvloer en zoekt creatieve, praktische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, planning en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Je neemt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de operationele werking.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om op termijn door te groeien naar een leidinggevende of managementfunctie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde of elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in productie en manufacturing.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel op de productievloer.
  • Je bent iemand die problemen vastneemt en niet zomaar doorgeeft.
  • Je denkt ondernemend en zoekt actief naar oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je bent bereid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor mensen en processen.
  • Je hebt ambitie om op termijn een leidinggevende positie op te nemen.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook een ambitieuze junior kan hier een sterke volgende stap zetten.
