The posting

De Manufacturing Engineer Eindassemblage richt het productieapparaat in, analyseert, optimaliseert en ondersteunt het eindassemblageproces en borgt de produceerbaarheid van onze ontwerpen door te fungeren als de draaischijf tussen R&D, Productie operatoren en de Operations Manager.

  • Productieprocessen opvolgen en optimaliseren: Ontwerpen en uitwerken van productieprocessen en logistieke activiteiten met oog voor ergonomie, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en kost.
  • Productie-efficiëntie bewaken: Toezicht houden op de efficiëntie van bestaande productieprocessen en continu verbeteren. Analyseren van operatorfeedback en beschikbare data om verbeteringsvoorstellen uit te werken en te implementeren.
  • Operatoren begeleiden: Begeleiden en trainen van operatoren in productassemblage en indien nodig bijsturen.
  • MES-systeem beheren (Manufacturing Execution System): Je fungeert als key user voor onze MES software (softwarepakket dat de productie stuurt en ondersteunt): configureren, finetunen en onderhouden van het MES-systeem op maat van het (verbeter-) project, interne processen en klanteisen. Tevens ondersteun je de productie in verband met MES-gerelateerde zaken.
  • R&D ondersteunen bij de productontwikkeling: Samenwerken met een multidisciplinair team om nieuwe producten te ontwikkelen, van offerte tot serieproductie. Adviseren en begeleiden van R&D op het gebied van Design for Test (DfT), Design for Manufacturability (DfM) en Design for Assembly (DfA).
  • Audits voorbereiden: Begeleiden van klant- en keuringsaudits.
  • Rapportages opstellen: Voorbereiden van meet- en inspectierapporten, PFMEA-analyses, PPAP-documenten en andere gevraagde documenten.
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor of Master of je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een groot probleemoplossend vermogen. Daarbij ben je stressbestendig.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet verschillende afdelingen te verbinden in verbetertrajecten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt strategisch en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit en continu verbeteren. Je bent sterk in het analyseren van cijfergegevens.
  • Kennis van een productiemachinepark voor de fabricage/assemblage/testing van elektronica is een plus.
  • Ervaring met tools zoals PPAP en PFMEA is een voordeel en bereidheid om hierin bij te scholen.
