Für unseren Kunden aus der Metallindustrie suchen wir einen engagierten Manufacturing Engineer - Elektromotoren Produktionslinie (w/m/d). Das Unternehmen beschäftigt am Standort Nähe Baden über 100 Mitarbeiter (w/m/d), gehört zu einer Konzerngruppe und ist weltweit sehr erfolgreich tätig. Für die Unterstützung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n: 1 Manufacturing Engineer - Elektromotoren Produktionslinie (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen und Lastenhefte für Produktionslinien

* Definition und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen, Materialflüssen und Anlagenkonzepten

* Festlegung von Anforderungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Kapazität, Automatisierung, OEE, Traceability und Arbeitssicherheit

* Technische Abstimmung mit Engineering, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf und Projektmanagement

* Unterstützung bei RFQs sowie Bewertung von Lieferantenkonzepten und Machbarkeiten

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Richtlinien (z. B. CE-Konformität)

* Mitwirkung bei internationalen Anlagen- und Beschaffungsprojekten

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Manufacturing, Industrial oder Process Engineer im Automotive-Umfeld

* Erfahrung in der Planung und Spezifikation automatisierter Fertigungsanlagen

* Kenntnisse in der Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen und Lastenhefte

* Know-how im Bereich Elektromotorenfertigung oder vergleichbarer Produktionsprozesse

* Kenntnisse der Automotive-Qualitätsstandards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten
