Werde ein Teil unseres Teams am Standort in Grödig bei Salzburg und setze dein Talent und deine Leidenschaft bei uns... 1 Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) Dein Beitrag In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position analysierst du technische Herausforderungen in der Produktion und generierst daraus Vorschläge zur Qualitätsverbesserung für bestehende und neue Produkte. Dabei fungierst du als Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion.

Dabei gehören insbesondere folgende Aufgaben zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich:

* Analyse von fehlerbehafteten Komponenten

* Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen zur Behebung des Problems und Umsetzung diese Lösungen mit anderen Abteilungen

* Aufbau und Wartung von Testequipment

* Freigabetests von geänderten Baugruppen in der Produktion

* Unterstützung bei Entwicklungs- und Transferprojekten

* Erstellung von Prozessdokumentation

* Durchführung technischer Schulungen für Produktionsmitarbeitende

* Technische Unterstützung bei Lieferantenqualifizierungen sowie Analyse und Bearbeitung elektronikspezifischer Qualitätsprobleme gemeinsam mit Einkauf und Lieferanten.

Dein Profil Wir sind nicht nur auf der Suche nach Fachwissen: Wir suchen nach Menschen, die ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Talent bei uns umsetzen.

* ** Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. abgeschlossene technische Lehre, evtl. mit Meister, HTL, FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung

** Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

** Erfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering oder in der Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil

** Gute Kenntnisse von Produktions- und Fertigungsprozessen

** Technisches Verständnis in Mechanik sowie Grundkenntnisse in Elektronik, Optik und idealerweise Firmware

** Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

** Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

** Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

** Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
