* Überwachung, Koordination und Monitoring der Produktionsprozesse unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien sowie interner Qualitätsstandards

* Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation der Herstellprozesse und Chargenprotokolle

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Herstellungsanweisungen, SOPs und anderen qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Leitung in der Umsetzung von Änderungsmaßnahmen und CAPAs

* Schulung und Anleitung des Produktionspersonals in GMP-relevanten Themen

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen wie QS, Technik und Entwicklung

* Teilnahme an Audits und Inspektionen durch Behörden und Kunden

* Leitung von Arbeitsgruppen und Projektteams

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium

* Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb (idealerweise Pharmaz.industrie)

* Kenntnisse der einschlägigen regulatorischen Anforderungen (wie EU GMP Guideline)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit qualitätsrelevanten Systemen (z.B. Abweichungen, CAPA, Change Control)

* Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
