For this position, your mindset is just as important as your previous experience. You are: - Curious and eager to learn - Proactive and willing to ask questions - Prepared to invest time in learning a completely new production process - Comfortable starting from the basics, even if you already have operator experience - Accurate and able to work according to strict procedures - A team player with a strong sense of responsibility - Willing to work in shifts A MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level is preferred. Relevant backgrounds include: - Process Technology - Engineering - Chemical Technology - Biology - Medical Laboratory Research - Chemical Analysis - MTS / MLO - VAPRO A or B Experience within pharmaceutical production, GMP or another regulated production environment is an advantage, but not essential. Radiation Safety Previous experience with radioactive materials is not required . You will receive the necessary training to work safely within this specialized environment. A TMS-VRS Level D certificate is required for the role. If you do not have this certificate yet, you can obtain it during your first year of employment. The training is fully funded by the employer.
